SAPD: 1 person shot at gas station on South Side, suspect detained

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — One man is in stable condition and a suspect is detained after a shooting late Monday morning.
The San Antonio Police Department sys it all happened at a gas station near Southeast Military Drive.
Details were limited, but investigators think a rifle was used to shoot the victim. That person was rushed to the hospital where they are expected to recover.
Investigators say a witness gave a description of the suspect and the car they were driving, and that is what led to the detainment.
There’s no word on whether charges are being filed.
