40 years in prison for San Antonio man who beat 93-year-old man to death

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A San Antonio man was sentenced to 40 years in prison in the beating death of another man last year.
24-year-old Damian Jimenez is accused of punching 93-year-old Lupe Martinez in the face and head multiple times during a confrontation outside of a convenience store on August 16, 2020.
Martinez died of his injuries more than a month later on September 20.
