Another round of heavy rain, storms expected for San Antonio area

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — More stormy weather will be impacting the greater San Antonio area late Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.

The National Weather Service said storms will develop in the Rio Grande Plains and Edwards Plateau late Thursday afternoon and push eastward.

The greatest impact will be to areas west of San Antonio and south of Interstate 10, with rainfall totals in the one to three inch range in that area.

San Antonio itself is expected to see a little more than an inch of rain.  The entire region should see at least a half inch of rain.
