Bexar County encouraging residents to seek out reputable companies for storm clean up

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Bexar County has some advice for residents impacted by the weekend storms that tore through the area.
Use extra caution when hiring a company to help repair any damage.
The Bexar County Office of Emergency Management is currently assessing reports of damage and they’re urging residents to take care when contracting with roof repairers, tree trimmers and other contractors.
The county is also encouraging residents and homeowners to report damage to their insurance companies.
Your insurance company can also work with you to identify reputable contractors if necessary.
