Bexar County Jail inmate on life support following suicide attempt

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 19 year old Bexar County jail inmate remains on life support after attempting to commit suicide.
A living unit officer found the 19 year old hanging in her cell at 11 PM Saturday night. Deputies and medical staff began life saving measures and she was brought to Downtown Baptist Hospital.
The woman was in solitary confinement since she was arrested earlier this month because she made a terroristic threat against her family.
Her name hasn’t been released.
