Bexar County Judge called a “traitor” and “communist” during recent trip to H-E-B

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff got more than a few bags of groceries during a recent trip to an H-E-B store.

A video making it’s way around social media shows Wolff being followed to his car by a woman who repeatedly calls him a “communist” and a “traitor” for a mask mandate.

The video was posted on the Instagram account “AshleyRocksHair” and shows Wolff getting an earful as he pushes his shopping cart out of the store.

The Judge acknowledges that he hears her but keeps walking and doesn’t engage in conversation with her.

A store employee can be heard asking the woman to stop but she calls him a communist as well and keeps following the judge.

In the video she is heard asking Wolff how much money he received from China for taking rights away from Americans.

She also calls for a recount of the 2020 presidential election and accuses Wolff of “supporting the devil, not God.”

She continues to berate the Judge as he looks for his car, loads his groceries into it and returns the shopping cart.

She walks away once Wolff begins getting into his vehicle.

Judge Wolff did release a statement Monday that reads:

“I realize, after a year and a half, we all are experiencing COVID fatigue from wearing masks and other public health guidelines. Now is the not the time to stop and let our guard down. Our numbers are coming down slowly. Let’s keep this downward trend going. Mask up, keep social distance, and sanitize.”
