Bexar County Medical Examiner identifies man killed in hit and run, search for driver who hit him continues

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio police are still looking for whoever ran over a man who was trying to cross a West Side street Tuesday night.

The victim, identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner as Dylan Michael Sandoval, was trying to cross near the intersection of Culebra Road and North General McMullen at around 10 p.m. when he was hit.

Police say the driver who hit him was in a pickup and did not stop to help Sandoval, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no further description of the driver or the pickup they were in.

The investigation continues.
