Bexar County Medical Examiner identifies man shot to death in Walmart parking lot

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Bexar County Medical Examiner has released the name of the man shot and killed in the parking lot of a South Side Walmart.
It happened just before 7 a.m. Monday on Southeast Military Drive.
Police say 37-year-old Rudy Vallejo Jr. was shot several times and died at the scene.
The man who shot him, 70-year-old Michael Ludwig, is currently being held at the Bexar County Jail on a charge of murder.
Investigators are still trying to determine why Ludwig shot Vallejo, but it’s believed the men had been arguing
