Bexar County Sheriff’s Office seeks help in locating missing woman

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating a missing woman.
20-year-old Heaven Lee Hernandez was last seen as she was leaving the Center for Healthcare Services at 601 North Frio.
Hernandez is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
She has a tattoo sleeve on her left arm and the word “Ambition” tattooed on her right arm.
