Boerne takes on Henderson, Nevada in semi-final of Little League World Series Wednesday afternoon

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Boerne Little League team is back on the field this afternoon to take on the team from Henderson, Nevada.

It’s the semi-final matchup with the winner going to the United States final of the Little League World Series tournament.

Both teams are undefeated in the LLWS at 2 and 0.

In their first game, Boerne routed Newtown, Pennsylvania 9 to 0 last week. The won their second game 4-1 over Lake Mary, Florida earlier this week.
