Brady: Game Changer in ISIS Fight

CIA Director John Brennan told CBS News’ 60 Minutes that ISIS fighters have used chemical weapons and have the ability to make mustard gas.

“Having the CIA confirm that Islamic State fighters have used chemical munitions on the battlefield is a game changer against our military,” Congressman Kevin Brady said. “Access to chemical weapons means terrorists could bring them onto our shores or into other western nations or sell them to other terrorist groups for cash.”

Brady said that why fully funding the military, requiring enhanced visa screening, and adding more border and customs agents have never been more important.

“U.S. has to be proactive in stopping terror acts and destroying, not just containing, Islamic State and its terrorist allies,” Brady said.
