Child injured during drive-by shooting on San Antonio’s Southeast side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio police are investigating a drive-by shooting in which a small child  was injured.

It happened in the 3500 block of Woodville Drive at around 4 P.M Sunday.

The child who is reported to be around 3 years old was in a vehicle with two other children when someone started shooting.

The injured child was shot in the back and is recovering at University Hospital.

The two other children were not hurt.
