CLEAR Alert issued for missing San Antonio man

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A CLEAR Alert has been issued for a missing San Antonio man.
50 year old Santiago Garcia was last seen at around 2 A.M. Thursday in the 800 block of Porter Street.
He was wearing a blue hospital shirt and blue jeans. Garcia is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes with a scar on his left cheek and full sleeve tattoos on both of his arms.
