CNN Anchor Don Lemon sued for sexual assault

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man is accusing CNN Anchor Don Lemon of sexual assault.

Over the weekend Dustin Hice filed a suit that claims the assault took place in a New York bar last year.

According to Hice, he was at a Pub in the Hamptons in July of 2018 when he spotted Lemon and offered to buy him a drink.

He says Lemon refused but later on, the CNN Primetime Anchor approached him.

His complaint alleges that Lemon then stuck his hand down his own shorts, rubbed his genitals then shoved his fingers under Hice’s nose. He says Lemon also asked him about his sexual preference.

A CNN spokesperson says it didn’t happen. In fact, the network claims that Hice has some sort of animosity towards the news organization and often lashes out at them on social media. They say Hice has tried to threaten Lemon for exorbitant amounts of money in the past.

Hice denies ever going after CNN but he is seeking damages for severe emotional distress.
