SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – Bundle up.

We could feel some record low temperatures as an arctic cold front hangs over San Antonio today.

You may have noticed when the front rolled into town on Sunday. The temperature fell fast as those strong winds from the north started blowing.

Today’s highs are forecast to be only in the low 40s. The previous record “low high” for the day is 44, set in 1960.

A freeze is expected tonight for the San Antonio area, with colder temps in the Hill Country.

We warm up a bit tomorrow with a high of 50.
