Dallas couple tries fraudulently obtaining prescription meds, crashes stolen Dodge Challenger Hellcat in getaway

(Texas News Radio) — A Dallas couple has been arrested after trying to fraudulently obtain prescription medications.
Kilgore police say the couple tried to obtain the drugs from a pharmacy in town Tuesday afternoon.
As police arrived, the couple got into their stolen Dodge Challenger Hellcat and sped off.
Police say the couple tried turning onto U.S. 259, but the driver lost control of the car. It rode the retaining wall under the overpass and then rolled over when it reached the top of the retaining wall.
The couple only suffered minor injuries.
