SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Hays County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a Buda man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in a house they both lived in.
Investigators say the crime had been reported at around 5:10 p.m. Monday.
Deputies with the sheriff’s office went to a Buda home and learned that a 14-year-old girl had been sexually assaulted by a man living in the house where she resided.
The man was not there when deputies arrived.
A warrant was issued for 32-year-old Jesus Rocha Alvarez on a charge of sexual assault of a child. The sheriff’s office is actively looking for him.
Alvarez is described as a Hispanic man who stands 5’6″, weighs 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen driving a black 2007 BMW 335i with Texas license plates reading GBG3329.
