DPS Issues CLEAR alert for missing San Antonio man

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – The Department of Public Safety has issued a CLEAR alert for a missing San Antonio Man.

Forty-one-year-old Joseph Andrew Lopez was last seen Sunday in the 4300 block of Stockdale Street, not far from Thousand Oaks and Bulverde Road in the city’s Northeast Side.

He’s 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a buzz haircut. Officers say he was last seen in a gray, 2007 Pontiac G6 with Texas license plate KDY3151.

A CLEAR alert, Coordinated Law Enforcement Adult Rescue Alert, is issued to help find adults who are missing, abducted and in immediate danger of injury or death.
