Driver stops, performs CPR after hitting a man on San Antonio highway

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — San Antonio police were called to Loop 410 and Marbach at around 9:30 P.M. Tuesday night after a pedestrian was hit by a car.
The driver tried to avoid hitting the man.
He did stop a short distance away and went back to the spot where he hit the man.
He found the victim on the ground and performed CPR until help arrived.
The victim was brought to University Hospital but he died shortly after arriving.
The driver is not facing any charges.
