Early Morning Rollover Kills Three

A young woman and two children are dead following a rollover accident in the Southeast Side.

They were ejected when a Chevy Suburban veered out of control, hit the tri-cable center barrier and overturned around 1 this morning on Loop 410 at South W.W. White Road.

“None of the children were in safety seats,” said San Antonio Police Sgt. Jesse Salame.

All seven occupants were ejected from the S-U-V.

“Based on the information we have now, it doesn’t appear that anybody in that vehicle was wearing a seat belt,” said Salame.

A 20-year-old woman and two children, ages 6 and 7, were pronounced dead on the scene.

Four other occupants were transported to area hospitals in critical condition.
