SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Another San Antonio sports standout is turning pro.

NaLyssa Smith, who played basketball at San Antonio’s East Central High School before going on to play college ball at Baylor, is headed to the WNBA.

Smith was the second pick in this year’s WNBA draft. She was selected by the Indiana Fever.

She becomes the 10th player in the history of Baylor Women’s Basketball to be drafted in the 1st round of the WNBA draft.
