SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — With training camp opening in just a few days there could already be a problem for the Dallas Cowboys.

Two-time NFL rushing leader Ezekiel Elliott probably won’t be there.

He wants a long term contract at the Cowboys have recently said that getting one in place wasn’t a priority at this point.

Maybe an out of the country vacation will fast track the negotiations.

That’s what Elliot has planned instead of showing up in Oxnard, California with the rest of the team.

The Cowboys have picked up his fifth-year option for 2020 and they could place the franchise tag on Elliott for two more seasons.
