Ex-TV Reporter Heads to Prison for Stalking

A former local television reporter is going to prison for stalking his former boss.

A federal judge in San Antonio has sentenced Gabriel Robert Caggiano to 41 months behind bars for internet stalking.

Investigators say Caggiano harassed his former boss after he was fired from a Corpus Christi TV station. He used voicemail, texts and social media to stalk Hollis Grizzard and his wife, who were living in San Antonio.

In addition to working at stations in Corpus Christi and Austin, Caggiano also was a reporter on Channel 4 in San Antonio, where he was fired in the early 90’s.
