UPDATE 2:35 p.m.:

San Antonio police say the victim has died from his injuries and the suspect killed himself at a nearby dollar store.

Police say the family members had an ongoing argument over work conditions that had gone on for several weeks.  The suspect got to work late Tuesday, entered the victim’s office and shot him several times.

The shooter walked to his car and left the scene.

A few minutes later, his car was found at a Family Dollar store on Foster Road.  The suspect was found inside with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police are processing that scene.

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man was shot by a relative at a business along Interstate 10 near Kirby and Converse inside San Antonio city limits late Tuesday morning.

San Antonio police said they got a report of a shooting in the 7300 block of Interstate 10 East near Woodlake Parkway at around 11:10 a.m.  At the location, officers found a 47-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.  He was taken to an area hospital in grave condition.

The 54-year-old male shooter fled the scene.

Police say the suspect showed up to the business — where he and the victim, who are related, both worked — and went inside and shot the victim multiple times.  It’s not known why he shot his relative.

Police say they are still investigating.
