Family of Sutherland Springs Victim Files Claim Against Government

A claim is being filed against the U.S. government over the Sutherland Springs church massacre. The family of Bryan Holcombe says the Air Force’s failure to enter the shooter’s information into a database allowed him to purchase the weapons used in the November 5th attack.

The Air Force admitted to making a mistake.

The shooter killed Holcombe and 25 others at First Baptist Church Sutherland Springs. He later committed suicide after being shot by a civilian.

The claim could be the first step to a lawsuit.
