Fire alarm at Dallas hotel wakes Spurs players night before season opener
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — If the San Antonio Spurs look a little sluggish in their season opener against the Mavericks tonight, blame a fire alarm.
The team is staying at a Dallas hotel and late Wednesday night, a fire alarm went off.
But there was no fire. Investigators are looking into why the alarm went off, but some Spurs players have their own theories.
Forward Jeremy Sochan posted a video on social media, suggesting Mavericks fans may have been behind the mysterious alarm.
The Spurs may be able to get a little more shut eye before Thursday’s tip-off at 6:30 p.m.
