Fire damages triplex on San Antonio’s Northeast Side, cause still under investigation

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Everyone got out safely but there’s a lot of damage after a fire breaks out in a Northeast Side home.
The San Antonio Fire Department says they were called to the 6900 block of Brecon at around 3:40 a.m. Friday.
Flames were shooting from the center of a triplex home when crews rolled up to the scene.
Everyone in the home is safe but one firefighter had to be treated by EMS.
Crews knocked the fire out quickly but the amount of damage is being called “extensive”.
The cause remains under investigation.
