Firefighters called to battle flames at apartment complex on San Antonio’s Northwest Side

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Residents at an apartment complex near the Medical Center have been evacuated after a fire broke out early Friday morning.
The San Antonio Fire Department says they were called to the complex at Medical Drive and Fairhaven Street at around 4 a.m.
Flames had burned through the roof, which collapsed soon after crews arrived.
There is no word yet on how the fire started or if there are any injuries.
