Flood Watch Through 7 PM

It looks like the flash flood watch will stick with the San Antonio area for a while longer.

The National Weather Service has extended the watch through at least 7 PM Wednesday–with rain expected to continue to fall through much of the day Wednesday.

The rain is part of the same system that caused disastrous flooding across much of the State of Louisiana. To this point, San Antonio has seen more of a soaking rain as opposed to the flooding to the east, but the ground is quickly getting more and more saturated as the rain falls.
