Free Landfill Day for San Antonio residents this Saturday

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Free Landfill Day for San Antonio residents is coming up this weekend.
If you need to get rid of furniture, including mattresses, and other bulky items such as yard brush, you can haul it to any one of nine landfill locations between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 13th.
You’ll need to bring a picture ID, plus a recent CPS Energy utility bill showing a Solid Waste service fee. They are both required in order for landfill fees to be waived.
Commercial, industrial, contractor, or hazardous materials will not be accepted.
