Freebies and discounts for veterans and active duty military personnel
SAN ANTONIO (KTSANews) – Several businesses are offering veterans special discounts and freebies Monday in observance of Veterans Day. Bill Miller BBQ is offering all veterans, active duty and retired military personnel a free Combo Meal until closing time . Dine-in only.

Applebee’s and Olive Garden are also offering free meals to active-duty military and veterans at participating locations. Present your Military ID or Veteran ID.
Veterans and active-duty military members can also enjoy free meals at Chili’s, California Pizza, Cici’s Pizza and Golden Corral. Denny’s is offering free grand slams and you can get a free doughnut at Dunkin’ Donuts . Krispy Kreme is throwing in a free coffee with a free doughnut.
Veterans and activity-duty military can get 50 percent off your meal at Fogo de Chao and The Palm Restaurants downtown.
You can get a free movie ticket today when you present a military ID or veteran ID at Santikos Theatres. The San Antonio Zoo is honoring veterans, active-duty military and military retirees, National Guard and Reserves with free admission in November 2019. Plus, up to four immediate family members can receive 50% off standard admission on date of visit.
