Freeze warning late Monday, early Tuesday

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for San Antonio and surrounding areas from 10 pm Monday to 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Temperatures are expected to drop to near 30 degrees in San Antonio and dip into the 20s in the Hill Country.

Frost and freeze conditions could damage tender vegetation and outdoor plumbing, so the National Weather Service is urging area residents to take care of the 4 P’s –people, pets, plants and pipes.  They say outdoor water pipes should be wrapped, drained or allowed to drip slowly.
