From A&M to SB MVP

He once starred on Saturday’s on the football field in College Station.

Now, Von Miller is basking in the spotlight of being named Super Bowl 50 MVP.

“We knew what type of team we were playing–a very, very talented team. Wide Receiver down to the Offensive Guards, Center, Defensive Tackle–we knew what type of ame we had to play” Miller told the NFL Network the day after the big game that saw his Broncos beat the Panthers 24-10.

Still, Miller sounded a tone of humbleness in soaking in his big performance.

“The MVP is special–but the Super Bowl Ring is something that I’ll keep with me for the rest of my life” Miller said.

Miller also talked plenty about his teammates too.

“It was truly a team effort. If it weren’t for Peyton (Manning) making the decisions that he made to throw the ball short… punting the ball so we could get the ball back” Miller said.
