Green Party Convention In Houston

Voter frustration over the two major party candidates for President is pretty high lately.

So if you’re just not that into Clinton or Trump, the Green party is hoping you’ll hear what they have to say.

The Party’s Scott McClarty talked to us about their convention. He says they chose Houston because Texas has a history of independent thinkers and they have a strong message.

“We need to end the addiction to fossil fuels and what better city to say that than Houston.”

The Green Party Convention is at the University of Houston campus on Thursday.
