LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) – Gretchen Wilson tweets she knows her truth and so does God after she was thrown out of a hotel in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The Las Cruces Sun-News reports Wilson was asked to leave a hotel there on Sunday after multiple noise complaints.

A Las Cruces Police Department spokesman says Wilson and other guests had “worn out their welcome.”

Wilson tells a different story.

She tweets she got to her room at 12:30 a.m. and was reprimanded for “only talking” in her room.

She says, “Then they sent police to kick me out in the middle of the night for no reason. I complied.” Wilson says she also had to wait two hours for her breakfast.

In August 2018, Wilson was charged with breach of peace for a minor disturbance on a flight at a Connecticut airport.
