SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Even Grammy winning rock stars aren’t immune from annoying neighbors.

Steve Lukather, the guitar player and lead singer for the band Toto was just trying to get some sleep.

But his neighbor’s gardener had yard work to do……at 7 A.M.

Like most rock stars, Lukather…isn’t much of a morning person and the sound of leaf blower set him off.

So he decided to get even by going what he does best.

Cranking it up to 11 and shredding on his guitar.

Instead of an audience of adoring fans there was just his dog looking on as Lukather turned up in his backyard, while wearing his pajamas.

He ended his Jimi Hendrix inspired solo by screaming “GOOD MORNING” to the gardeners.

You can check out the video below.

Lukather is best known for being a member of Toto but he is also one of the most successful and sought after session musicians in rock and roll.

He’s played with artists ranging from Michael Jackson to Miles Davis.

He can also be a bit cranky in the morning.
