Head of Bexar County Democratic Party resigns after Presidential Election
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — New leadership is coming for the Democratic Party for Bexar County.
In a post to X, chairwoman Monica Ramirez Alcántara announced her resignation on Friday. She is also calling for Terri Flores Lopez to be elected by the County Executive Committee.
