Homeless man shot after refusing to give cash to another homeless man

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A homeless man has been hospitalized after he was shot by another homeless man.

Fox 29 reports that it all started at around 5:45 A.M. Tuesday on Southwest Military Drive.

The victim was approached by a man who demanded money.

When he refused to hand over his cash, the second man pulled a gun and shot the victim in the foot.

The shooter ran off and police are still searching for him.

The victim is in stable condition.
