Jack: Amid coronavirus outbreak at Bexar County jail, where is Javier Salazar?

KTSA’s Jack Riccardi says we hear from San Antonio Mayor “Wrong” Nirenberg and Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff every evening about the coronavirus in Bexar County. Some days, the only increase in cases — which can be quite numerous — are primarily from the Bexar County jail and not the general population.  So, why hasn’t Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar spoken about it?
