If the childhood of America’s biggest pop star isn’t safe, no one’s is.

A better question: why are adults sitting in pious judgement of stupid but ultimately harmless stuff once said by kids? If someone like Eilish isn’t being a hater nowadays (she’s all of 19), what is accomplished with show-trial apologies for stuff from when she was having acne and sleepovers?
