Jack Riccardi: Just A Minute, “Children Need Hope”

We lost the great children’s book author Eric Carle a couple of weeks ago, and I didn’t want to let it pass us by.

For all the times I read his books to my little girl, I had never known the tale of the man himself.

It might be the best Eric Carle story of them all, and here’s a little of it.
