I respect the Chauvin jurors too much to impose on their decision any outside analysis. Time will tell if and what they reveal about their decisions.

But we’re not making “progress” if people live in and act out of fear. And there’s a lot of that going on right now.

In fact, the more fear there is, the more hate there will eventually be.
