The National Guard have been in D.C. since January. Still thousands of them.

Antifa anarchy spread through the streets this weekend, with chants of “Every city, every town, burn the precincts to the ground!” Outdoor diners were confronted.

D.C. Police were overrun at times, but got no back-up from forces called up specifically to battle anarchy.

Seems like it depends whose anarchy it is.
