Job Market In SA Seems A Little Weird

There are some gaudy statistics out there, like two jobs for every job seeker, and hundreds of thousands of jobs (re)added monthly.

But job hunters I know and talk with say you can get interviews, but then employers are slow-walking the hiring.

In some businesses where they are severely short-handed, it’s like no one has time to actually do the hiring, as they just keep their heads above water day-to-day.
