Kendall County man, girlfriend arrested in multi-county child sex assault case

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A Kendall County man — already being investigated for possessing child pornography — and his girlfriend are facing legal trouble for sexually assaulting a child.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office said while investigating their child pornography case against Edgar Miller, investigators found video evidence of Miller and his girlfriend, Amanda Walker, discussing a sexual assault of a child.

Investigators gathered more evidence and eventually spoke to Miller who admitted to sexually assaulting a child three times over a period of a year or longer.  One of those offenses happened in Bexar County while the other two were in Guadalupe County.

Miller had already been arrested indicted in May for 20 counts of possession of child pornography.  He was charged Tuesday with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.  He is being held in the Kendall County Jail.

Walker was arrested Thursday on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.  She is currently being held in the Kendall County Jail awaiting transfer to Guadalupe County.

Both Miller and Walker face additional charges for their crime committed in Bexar County.  The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office says its investigation into the couple continues.
