Kerrville taking measures after diesel leak near water treatment plant

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The City of Kerrville is switching from surface water to groundwater wells at its water treatment plant after a diesel leak at a business.
KSAT-TV is reporting the maneuver will continue until the water plant can come back online, which will be sometime next week.
The leak has been acknowledged by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Severe weather Friday night is believed to be the cause of the leak.
