Lightning sparks fire at San Antonio home

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Lightning is being blamed for a fire that caused significant damage to a home on the West side.
At around 10 P.M. Tuesday, Firefighters got the call from a home on Mustang Rise.
Crews from San Antonio and Helotes responded. They found heavy smoke and flames shooting from the roof when they arrived.
The two people living in the home managed to gather up their pets and get out safely.
A dollar amount on the damage hasn’t been determined.
