Live Oak PD arrests suspect after shots fired into car after crash

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The Live Oak Police Department is reporting an arrest after a car was shot at after it was hit by another car.

Officers were called after one person told them someone had ran into their car before they fired shots into it.

Police were able to find the suspect vehicle in the parking lot of the Peaks of Live Oak apartment complex, but the suspect was not found early on.

KSAT-TV reports one of the buildings was evacuated as a precaution, and police later arrested their suspect.

Investigators say the shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.

There is no word on any injuries during the shooting.
