Malcolm Gladwell on how face-to-face interactions can be misleading

According to a new book by best-selling author Malcom Gladwell, they can all help us understand why our interactions with strangers often go wrong. The new book is titled, “Talking to Strangers: What We Should Know about the People We Don’t Know.” Gladwell joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss his new book.
