Man arrested after firing off several rounds at San Antonio apartment complex
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A 22 year old is under arrest after he fired an AK-47 at a South Side apartment building.
It was just after 12 P.M. on Sunday when officers were called to the apartment complex on West Hutchins Place.
That’s where Adrian Mann was firing his gun at random.
He hit a car that was being driven by a woman who was passing by then when back into his apartment and fired off more rounds.
Some of the bullets went through the walls and into a neighboring apartment.
Tenants in the building were evacuated and traffic near the building was blocked.
Officers negotiated with Mann for about half an hour before he surrendered.
Miraculously, nobody was injured and Mann has been charged with deadly conduct.
Police are still trying to figure out why he started shooting.
